Dispatch Times
All Westvale Print products are made to order.
Most personalised orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days, although this may vary slightly during busy periods, seasonal launches and holidays.
If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
UK Shipping
We currently ship across the UK using tracked postal services where possible.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.
Personalised Orders
As all personalised items are custom made, please ensure names, wording and uploaded information are entered correctly before placing your order.
Westvale Print cannot be held responsible for customer spelling or wording errors submitted during ordering.
Create Your Own / Upload Orders
For custom upload products, image quality and print results may vary depending on the files provided.
If we believe there may be an issue with your artwork or upload quality, we may contact you before production.
Seasonal & Busy Periods
During Christmas, major sporting events and seasonal launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes.
We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue quickly.
